Home Care Programme.

It is a set of services that allow the diseased person to be cared for within their usual environment, with the maximum conditions of autonomy and comfort, covering their multidimensional needs at the domestic, physical, mental, social, and medical levels.

These services must be coordinated and planned by professionals according to the individual situations of each family.

The main objective is to offer psychological resources to the family and/or the main caregivers, and to the person diagnosed with dementia, through sessions lasting one hour and with a frequency of one session per week, in order to ensure that the diseased person stays in their usual environment for as long as possible, increasing the quality of life for the family members as well.
